ഭരണാധികാരികളുടെ ഭാവനയും, ഇച്ഛാശക്തിയും, സമര്‍പ്പണ മനോഭാവവുമാണു ആരാജ്യത്തിന്റെ പുരോഗതിക്കു അടിസ്ഥാന്മെന്നു ആരും പറയാതെ തന്നെ നമുക്കറിയാം. ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള രാജ്യത്തിലെ ജനങ്ങളുടെ ജീവിതരിതിയിലം, സംസ്കാരത്തിലും, അങ്ങേയറ്റം ഓരൊരുത്തരുടേയും വക്തിപരമായ പെരുമാറ്റത്തില്‍ വരെ ആ ഭരണാധികാരിയുടെ പാടവത്തിന്റെ പ്രതിഫലനം കാണാന്‍ പറ്റും. അതു ഇന്നു ദുബായില്‍ നമുക്കു കാണാം!

ദേശീയ വരുമാനത്തിന്റെ കേവലം 3% മാത്രമാണു പെട്രോളില്‍ നിന്നും കിട്ടുന്നതു. വേറെ ഒന്നുമില്ലാ‍ത്ത മരുഭൂമിയില്‍ ഇച്ഛാശക്തി ഒന്നു മാത്രം കൈമുതലാക്കി യുള്ള കളികള്‍ കൊണ്ടു, ലോകത്തിലെ തന്നെ ഒന്നാം കിട നഗരമായി ദൂമായിയെ വികസിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ അദ്ദേഹത്തിനു സാധിച്ചത് ദീര്‍ഘവീക്ഷണത്തോടെയുള്ള കാഴ്ചപാടുകളാണു. മറ്റു വരുമാനങ്ങള്‍ 30% വിനോദസഞ്ചാരത്തില്‍ നിന്നും, ബാക്കി ഉല്പാദന- സേവന രംഗത്തുനിന്നും ആണു രാജ്യത്തിനു ലഭിക്കുന്നതു.
അദ്ദേഹം പറയുന്നും, “ഒരുപാടു പ്രശ്നങ്ങളാല്‍ ചുറ്റപ്പെട്ട മേഘലയിലാണു ഞങ്ങള്‍ ജീവിക്കുന്നതു. ഇറാന്‍ ഇറാക്ക് യുദ്ധം, കുവൈറ്റ് അധിനിവേശം, ഇറാകു യുദ്ധവും തുടര്‍ന്നുള്ള രഷ്ട്രീയ തര്‍ക്കങ്ങളും! ഇതിനിടയില്‍ നിന്നുകൊണ്ടു എങ്ങനെ വിജയകരമായ നിലനില്പും വികസനവും സാധ്യമാകുമെന്നാണു ഞങ്ങള്‍ കാണിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നതു.”
അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ലേഖനം അവസാനിക്കുന്നതു എങ്ങനെയെന്നു നോക്കൂ! ആത്മാര്‍ത്ഥതയുള്ള ഒരു ഭരണാധികാരിയുടെ ആത്മാവിന്റെ പ്രതിഫലനമാണു അതു!

ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്കു വേണ്ടി എന്തു ചെയ്യാന്‍ പറ്റും?
ജനങ്ങളുടെ ജീവിതം എങ്ങനെ മെച്ചപെടുത്താം?

ഒപ്പം കുറെ സത്യങ്ങളും....സത്യത്തെ ഭയക്കുന്നവരാണ്‌ ചുറ്റിലും...ഒപ്പം സത്യം പറയുന്നവരെ ഭയക്കുന്നവരും..എന്ത്‌ ചെയ്യാം കാലമിന്ന്‌ അതാണ്‌ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നതെങ്കില്‍...മിണ്ടാതിരിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുമോ....നളെയുടെ തര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ ആരും കാണാതെ പോകുന്നതെന്തേ....??

If you go to Dubai and find out the life style of middle class Indians over there, I think you would not have published this one.
The so called Keralites are all geared to do whatever work they find over here. If they are willing to do the same work in Kerala they would have got much better salary what they are getting in Dubai!!

Sir, What you expressed is true!
What the Keralites are doing is not the mistake of the Country's administration. The so called Keralaites should think themself and deceide what they want to do and what they want to get. The should make sure the job what they are getting is justifying the qualification that they possess.
The attitute of Keralites need to change by themself. If there is a chance to get a better benifit in their home country - they should not stay here abusing the situation - go back and serve for our country!
Their service is also very important and our state itself demand more manpower now!
